Effective Date: 16 August 2026
Last Updated: 16 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tenova10 Hub ("Tenova10", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when customers use our website, place orders, make payments, request delivery, contact support, or otherwise interact with our services.
We aim to process personal information fairly, transparently, securely, and in accordance with applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.

2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Tenova10, we may collect:
Identity and contact information
- name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- delivery address; and
- information provided when contacting customer support.
Order and transaction information
- order number;
- products, quantities, sizes, colours, models, and other specifications;
- order status;
- payment reference and payment status;
- delivery information;
- refund information; and
- customer-service communications.
Delivery confirmation information
At delivery, our courier asks the customer to send the order number by SMS from the phone number provided on the order, so the courier can confirm it matches before treating the order as delivered. Where this happens, we may keep a record that courier confirmation was obtained for the order (and, where relevant, that it was not), for order-fulfilment and dispute-handling purposes.
We may also keep records relating to a payment dispute or chargeback connected to an order.
Technical and security information
We and our service providers may process information such as IP address, browser/device information, operating system, pages visited, cookies, session information, and security/diagnostic data.
3. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Paystack.
Tenova10 does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials that the payment provider is designed to handle.
Payment providers process payment information under their own security, privacy, and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use information to:
- create and fulfil orders;
- verify payments;
- arrange delivery;
- communicate order updates;
- provide customer support;
- process cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds;
- investigate fraud and transaction abuse;
- maintain transaction and business records;
- secure our website;
- resolve disputes and complaints;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- improve our products and services; and
- send marketing communications where legally permitted.
5. Lawful Grounds
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, take steps requested before a transaction, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that do not override applicable rights, or act on consent where consent is required.
6. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Tenova10, including:
- Paystack and other payment providers;
- courier and delivery companies;
- upstream suppliers or fulfilment partners for drop-shipped products;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- communications providers;
- security and fraud-prevention providers;
- professional advisers; and
- regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities where legally required.
For drop-shipped products, information necessary to fulfil delivery may be shared with the relevant upstream fulfilment partner.
Tenova10 does not sell customers' personal information as a commercial product.
7. Fraud Prevention
We may process order, payment, delivery, device, and communication information — including whether courier confirmation (the customer's SMS to the courier from the phone number on the order) was obtained for a delivery — to detect and prevent payment fraud, unauthorised transactions, false delivery claims, fraudulent refund/replacement claims, promotional abuse, and other unlawful activity.
Where a customer disputes a payment (including a chargeback) or a delivery or refund claim, we may compile transaction-specific delivery and order evidence to respond to that dispute.
Relevant information may be shared with Paystack or other payment providers as part of a payment-dispute or chargeback evidence process, and with financial institutions, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or professional advisers, where reasonably necessary and lawful.
8. Cookies
Tenova10 may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, shopping-cart/session functionality, security, performance, preferences, and analytics.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, appropriate consent mechanisms will be used.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, refunds/returns, fraud prevention, dispute handling, business records, legal obligations, and other legitimate purposes.
Certain transaction, accounting, tax, payment, and dispute records may need to be retained for longer where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
11. Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable law and lawful limitations, customers may have rights including:
- the right to be informed;
- access;
- rectification;
- objection to certain processing;
- restriction where applicable;
- deletion/erasure where applicable;
- data portability where applicable;
- withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
Requests should be sent to tenova10.com@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before responding.
12. Marketing
Customers may opt out of promotional communications using the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting Tenova10.
Transactional communications such as payment confirmations, order updates, delivery notifications, security messages, and refund notifications may continue where necessary to provide the service.
13. Children
Tenova10 does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for independent purchasing activity.
If you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately, contact us so that we can review the matter.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
Links or integrations to third-party services may be present on our website. Tenova10 is not responsible for independent third parties' privacy practices.
15. Cross-Border Processing
Some service providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where applicable, Tenova10 will take reasonable steps to comply with legal requirements relating to such processing.
